WHAT AM I BUYING?:
What are you buying from Jemiarth's art business?Each art piece is showered with love and dedication, handmade, and crafted with skill and care.Every purchased artwork is carefully packaged and wrapped in a sanitized environment.For each order, the package comes with a "Thank You!" note and small accessories such as stickers (etc.).The handling of the product for shipping is personally overlooked by the artist. Promising the most efficient and cheapest shipment to your destination.

Please provide a clear reference picture and inspiration when requesting an original commission.When you have an artwork in mind, you can contact the artist on Instagram (@jemiarth) or email ([email protected]) to establish the deal. :)Thank you for your time!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
JEMIARTH requires payment upfront or online first before starting any commission/art process.- The artist may reply depending on school/ work/ family situations/ health.
- The artist has the right to close or open their commission's service anytime.
- While conversing/contacting the artist, please be well-mannered and polite, and civil otherwise the artist will have every right to decline and object to the commission.COMMISSION POLICY
- If requiring a commissioned reference, please provide a clear photo.
- A WIP (Work In Progress) will be provided if the client asks for it.
- A standard commission will take 5-8 business days to complete, if there are any complications, the artist will contact you firsthand.PAYMENT METHOD
The artist only accepts payment through PAYPAL/Kofi/Bank transfer or in-person payment.COPY RIGHT PROTECTION
JEMIARTH holds copyright over all works created, including but not limited to completed works, works in progress, sketches, and drafts (digital or traditional). In particular, Jemiarth has the right to reproduce, publicize, and use their artworks (including commissions) for commercial purposes.CLIENTS' RIGHT TO USAGE:
JEMIARTH's clients in general have the following rights regarding works they have commissioned/requested:
1. The right to distribute copies of the work publicly or privately;
2. The right to display the work. (eg. on social media, banners or printouts, etc.);
3. The right to use the commissioned work for personal use (eg. using it as wallpaper, profile icons, or social media displays); and
4. The right to reproduce the work as items for personal use AFTER seeking permission from JEMIARTH. (eg. printing phone cases, postcards, stickers, accessories, etc).
Clients in general are not allowed to use any work by JEMIARTH in the following ways:
1. Any usage of the work that is commercial, or allows the client or any third party to gain profit from such usage; and
2. Any usage that intends to damage the reputation or business of JEMIARTHAll things listed above are subject to negotiability.
